Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched same working day. UK orders over £75 ship free. International rates are calculated at checkout. All packages are tracked.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened lash trays, brushes and aftercare products are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Privacy

Terms of Service
By placing an order you agree to our standard terms — accurate order details, responsible product use, and the right for us to refuse or cancel orders where fraud is suspected. Trade accounts are subject to additional wholesale terms.
